Patricia Wassermann is a seasoned professional within the Hair Dressing Industry, a dedicated Trainer, and a Product Specialist. With a proven track record of over 20 years of professional hairdressing experience, she stands as a pillar of excellence in the Namibian beauty sector.
A Professional Journey
Patricia’s journey is built on a solid foundation of education and decades of hands-on management. She completed her training at the College for Out of School Training in Windhoek (1990–1992), obtaining her N3 National Certificate. Following her studies, she honed her craft at Salon Marie on John Meinert Street before taking the leap into entrepreneurship.
From 1997 to 2015, she owned and managed the well-known “A Cut Above” salon in the Continental Building. In 2016, she evolved her brand into the Emerald Hair, Beauty & Training Centre.
Passion with a Purpose
Patricia’s drive goes beyond just styling hair. Her true passion is to empower young people. Aware of the high rate of unemployment in Namibia, she is committed to imparting her skills and experience to individuals ready to make a living out of the Hair and Beauty Industry.
Her mission is specific and heartfelt: To teach skills to Non-Academics and create jobs for out-of-school girls and boys, including persons with disabilities.
